It's no wonder Alex has built a career in the people business. A client leader with 15 years of experience helping organizations reach their revenue and retention targets, she specializes in bridging organizational goals and client advocacy.

Alex has led various client-facing teams — account management, call centers, new business, upselling, and negotiations — with team members in the U.S. and international offices. Her client list boasts some of the most prominent nonprofit names as well as the likes of Apple, Google, and Meta.

The secret to her success? "Building relationships that last," says Alex. She shares this value with her new team: "Scotwork has a great reputation in the negotiation consulting space, and I am excited to help them continue building strong connections with clients and empowering their success."

Alex resides in the Washington, D.C. area with her dog Oliver and cat Kiki. She's also on track to earn her MBA in 2024 from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. When she's not doing business at work or school, she is an avid SCUBA diver and aspiring gardener. As for further explorations, Alex says, "I've been to five continents, and I'm hoping to get to all seven in the next few years." We're betting she achieves her goal.
